Their products sold at the outlet are poor quality and don't hold up. I have 2 pocket books purchased in the last 2 years that the leather wore off and a makeup case that is peeling. I brought it back to the store to see if they can replace or repair or anything since I spent 3 times more than I would at Coach outlet. The girl didnt even want to hear it and said their hands are tied and gave me a contact card to call to get repair "advice." She had the card ready! Wont be going back.
I was sold a defective belt and the manager refused to exchange because it was over 14 days. He was rude and arrogant. I expect most of their items are irregular or defective.
The store is usually nice and clean, good selection of items.
Not answering the phone, is not good customer service. Very unprofessional. I wanted to know, if something was in stock. Customer service is everything and is vital, in any business!
