This store is overcrowded and the customers are extremely rude!! I was trying on a pair of shoes when another customer moved my personal items and the shoes I was trying on? When I asked him what he was doing he replied very abruptly, " your shyts in my way!" I got up and went to get help. As I was starting to have a panic attack. I found a young girl first who acted clueless to my problem with these customers. I then found Another gentleman who helped me with questions, product, calming me down, & great solutions. The staff is extremely helpful as well as knowable it's unfortunate that the customers who shop here have ruined my shopping experience for Wrentham. I went there to look for shoes for my 4 years old, of course my child was being a child and running away from me like any hyper child would, he was also picking up the stuffing in the shoes. An employee basically told me that he was throwing shoes onto the floor and was very rude and nasty. I don't usually. I don't usually put in complaints or bad reviews, but I also work in the retail world and know that as an employee you should learn to not be rude and accuse a child of doing things that are not true. What ever happened to the customers always right?? This will be my last time shopping at this location. That employee left a Bad taste in my mouth.
Today we spent under $200 on sneakers for a family of 3! I highly recommend going here for your sneaker needs. Absolutely great deals!
My favorite store in Wrentham outlet mall. Authentic. Fair price. NBA Jerseys & accessories. I love the most when it comes to clearance. I highly recommend a visit.
