First time I every shop there was today, I absolutely love the store, great deals a very friendly environment. Everyone was very helpful, I had a saleswoman name Tatiana who was very helpful very patient and knowledgeable and knew everything about their product how to maintain, clean, waterproof etc. She really help me out. What they didn't have in the store she helped me find in other stores I left the store a very happy customer with 3 pair of boots. Thank you Tatiana and Jasmine for your help there were a few others sorry cannot remember your names but Thank you.

Says they open at 10:00 and it's10:30 but still no answer

Have been trying unsuccessfully for 30 minutes to get anyone on the phone and keep having to hold through 5 minutes of music to then hear a recording saying they can't come to the phone to leave a message.

It's the real deal!

Today, November 24 I went to this store. THIS specific store at 7:00pm. Due to it being Black Friday, we had to make a line outside in the cold. The instructions of the employee was If 4 people came out the store, 2 came in. I was standing in line with my family for about 10 minutes when 3 guys who were just sitting at the bench next to the store asked the employee who was at the door if they could come in. All 3 guys went into the store WITHOUT WAITING IN LINE! I thought to myself they probably work there. So I kindly went up to the employee who let them in if they had a valid reason as to why they went into the store without waiting in line like the rest of us. The employee said “I don’t know why they went in, they don’t work here, but my other employee let them in.” I responded to the employee that it was NOT fair for us and every other customer that was waiting in line in the cold. She didn’t respond and instructed me to stand back in line. After 30 minutes of standing in line, the 3 guys left with bags from the store and shook hands with the employee that was by the door. They obviously went into the store to shop just like I was but I was the one that was standing in the cold waiting to be instructed to come in. Once I saw what happened I went back to the employee who was standing at the door and insisted to let my family into the store since those guys didn’t wait in line. The employee than proceeded to get there manager to let them know what happened. The manager than came out the store and asked me “What do you want?!” I told her what happen and she told me “Well I have to be fair with everyone and I didn’t see anything happen so you have to wait in line like everyone else. I have phones ringing, people waiting in line and people in the store. There is nothing I can do.” I was really upset but I didn’t say anything else because she obviously didn’t care so I wasn’t going to continue arguing with a Store Manager who didn’t care about their customers. Finally my family was let into the store after 30 min of waiting outside. Once in the store my brother over heard 2 (girls) employees laughing and saying things about the girl who was complaining about what happened. He turns around and tells them “You know the girl you’re talking about is my sister?!” They responded “I don’t care who she is and that is not my problem. Congratulations on waiting in line and making it inside!!!” My brother was shocked at her response and was left speechless to even respond. When my brother went to pay for the shoes he was charged full price although the shoes were 40% off throughout the whole store. All staff at this location was extremely rude and not family friendly. My family was singled out and treated with the up most disrespect. It was an uncomfortable shopping experience and staff was no help. Starting with the welcoming employee to the useless store manager. Discipline should be taken and changes should be made. This issue WILL get addressed and will be sent to corporate and reported to Better Business Bureau (BBB)
